Issue:

User gets a "Scanning Failed" error message when trying to scan their website or subdomains.


They could also be receiving "Scan Fail" error messages in the subdomain page



Solution:

2. Ask user to remove the entire Disallow: line from their Robots.txt files


If scan still fails:


3. Scan the users site using Termly's Cookie Scanner to check scan verification or fail.


4. If scan still fails, escalate issue to PM.
